Check on Cotton
Inspired by Anni Albers (1899 - 1994) drawings, prints, textiles and weavings, particularly her woven rectangular patterns, in her recent exhibition 'Anni Albers' (2018-19) at the Tate Modern in London, the exhibition highlights her engagement between art, architecture design, exploring the relationship between textiles and architecture. Katya experimented with new colours and began applying the colours of paint into square patterns, the lines creating rhythm and movement.
